Hi, Not sure if I have the correct SQM. I would like to slab my double garage and build an extra bedroom, also need to do extensions on the room to a fire place. The room above my garage, will consist of a balcony with an en suite.

I currently live in a two bedroom two garage home in Heuweloord Ext 3 on a 1 hector land. I wish to remodel and extend the house to a four bedroom double story home. The downstairs should have a kitchen, sitting room and a dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom that should be used as a dual laundry room. The upper floor should have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. the main bedroom should have an en-suit and a walk in closet. The two other bedrooms should have the Jack and Jill bathroom style. I also need a study and a spacious balcony overlooking the N14 highway.
Just need a small cabinet that includes 1 bedroom, 1 dining, small kitchen and 1 bathroom.
