All I now need is for cabinets to be installed, a built in stove and hob installed, and a dish washer and washing machine installed.

I need the fence with razor wire on top as well as 5 x double gates for access for motor vehicles. But because it is a n old complex with access from the road, each house will have to have a access gate. We are talking about 3 double access gates, 1 single gate, as well as 2 gates that will have to be access for 3 cars. See plan attached
Hi there I am in the process of purchasing a home. It currently has a flat sheeting roof which has started to leak. I would like to find out (more or less) what the cost would be per square meter, to convert to Harvey tiles or a tiled roof. Good day, We are based in Impala Park, Boksurg. Please can you advise me how much you charge per m².... if that's how your charging system works? We want to extend our house this year. The extension will be double story, m² more or less in total. Upstairs about 49m² and down stairs about 49m² with a stoep and balcony. We want to break down a wall in our current lounge and extend it to make a new lounge (old lounge will become dining area) This will be downstairs and will lead onto a stoep. Upstairs would include a main bedroom, bathroom and small study and balcony. Stairs would run from the new lounge area upwards. I will be getting architectural drawings done in February, we will send them to you once we have them for a more accurate quote but would appreciate a good estimate of the cost in the mean time so I can also look into getting financing from the bank. Two bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and one toilet. Would like to add a dinning room. Nothing has been done since the early '80 when it was built.
