What kind of permissions do I need for my electric fence, and where to get them?
Electrical fences are dangerous, so you need to obtain permission before installing them. What are they? Where do you get them?
There are also two gates, 2 by 1.2 meters and 4 by 2 meters. The larger gate must be in two equal sections. both can swing on hinges and lock with a bolt and padlock, and one bolt in the ground in case of the large gate. I'm going to cut the brick pillars down so they are the same height as the wall, so the bottom of the fence will always be same level.

We require a palisade fence to be installed on our property. This use to be a driveway gate but we replaced the gate with a wooden fence. We now wish to install a palisade fence on the inside of our property for added protection. There are two solid facebrick pillars on each side to attach the fence.
Plan is to fence in a very rundown recycling centre in Motherwell just off Tyinira street.. It is 25 metres square with a 3 meter gate.There are no services at present (no electricity, water or toilets). I would prefer galvanized and painted clear view fencing. All my contacts in Motherwell tell me that fence is a real deterrent. However, possible alternative is razor wire; double strength. Fence must be concreted into ground all along to deter people digging under the fence. Also required is a gate ( 3 meters) preferably on rails but same height as fence. Fence must be secured against being lifted and moved-- weak point. Otherwise a gate split at centre and opening two sides. We are a non profit organization that wants the project to be completed in approximately 3-6 months
I already have a wooden tip-up garage door that is cm by cm, The wood is rotten and falling apart at the bottom. I need options for a more durable material to replace the wood and service the mechanism as well as replace the springs. Built on top of a mm brick or concrete base, with brick uprights,say mm x mm spaced every 2 mts. With decorative steel fence with ornate spikes on top. The fence design would be with a kind of a dipping up and down effect between the brick uprights. Then there needs to be a lockable entrance gate midway through the fence line.
