Hi. Recently bought a house and there's no wiring or DB board. There are outlet points but no outlet, no light switches and no lights (there are holes for the plugs and switches already) It is a 3 room house and a granny flat at the back that has a small kitchen and bedroom and bathroom. We live in an older house. Our washing machine is working quite well, but we need someone to come out and check because our washing sometimes comes out with yellow-ish or orange stains. This also happens in the sink as well and because it is several spots in the house - I think it could be a problem with our pipes. They could be rusted.
