I cannot honestly confirm any positive experiences with this contractor. He expended much effort in delivery of truly poor attitude.

This contractor wanted payment before even starting the job the day he showed on site. Something about his paying rent that had nothing to do with me?? He fought from day one, then did 1/2 the job, after being part-paid as agreed. Then he absconded with new gate keys claiming his truck broke. I had to consider filing charges with SAPS to have the keys returned about 8 weeks later. As such, I cannot recommend this contractor as his reliability is unfortunately suspect.

She paid in full. It worked one day and then kept going off randomly. She trued to get him to come back but he wont answer her phone calls.
