Water leaking in the p-trap of the basin
Need sometimes small handyman work to fix equipment, Plumbing, Electricity, and painting, renovation.
The toilet doesn't flush well using the flushing holder. The water leaks and not stay inside for flushing.

Need to break through the wall, need to make it neat and painted afterwards 2.The kitchen tap is leaking 3.I need a small welding job on the lawn mower 4.
