good evening i am looking for a permanent guard in valley settlements to be based on the plot. currently theres nothing on it, we are building a wall, the guard needs to protect the material. once the place is built, i need someone there permanently. please. its a farm plot, with 4 people who will live on it.

I was placed on paid suspension on 3 July i corporate with the investigation, the evidence I received was only made up statements from ex colleagues. I resigned 15 July before the hearing to avoid further stress. I knew doing this will look like admitting to the deed but I was just drained and wanted this to be over I did not do anything that I am accused of . My resignation was accepted by the company on 16 July , but I have received 3 letters from their attorney's today threatening for criminal case against me.
I feel my supervisor was dishonest when writing the incident report because when he brought me the report nothing was fill in he just asked to sign and it's my first time doing an incident report so I really didn't know how these things work so I only saw and read through this incident report after I was dismissed

I got retrenched got a signed letter after, only promised to be paid BCEA Severance Pay of 1 week and leave days. Did not get paid notice pay and I have been with the company for 2 years and 6 months but started as an intern sponsored by the YES 4 YOUTH by Nampak then got absorbed as an employee for a fixed term contract of 12 months then it was never renewed and there was no discussions ...I continued to work they continued to pay up until today

It's my first time in building, so I have no clue what's required but 6 bedroom house with 4 showers , can be normal house or double story house and 2 normal flats with shower each on the side.
