I am looking at a m2 site in a residential area and need a SDP concept to determine if the project has success potential. I just need an indication of how many units can fit on the site with 2 storeys, and if the rezoning can be done for 3 storeys, if the design can add on another floor on top with practically the same layout as the first 2 floors. Then i also need a quote for the SDP and the full buildings plans.
