We have a problem with the gaps that exist between the roof and trusses on one section of the building. We need remedial work done on the affected sections. The building is a 4 storey office building. A site visit would be advisable in order to quote
I had a new roof installed but i'm not sure if its done correctly and cant get hold of the guys now. Would like to know if i need to do anything or just wait until it breaks. There seems to be alot of movement on the new sheeting. Installed chromoadek but its not as firm as the old rotten one. Sheets seem to be drilled in firm at the scews. The other thing i'm concerned about is the headwall and sidewall flashing, it does not seem flush against the wall and they just put membrane and sealed it.

The Post must be galvanized. All areas welded must be post treated on site for rust protection with prime coat and paint where necessary. Gates (4) post to heavy duty post and anchored accordingly. Every Post to be bolted with 8 bolts (top and bottom) on the existing fence wall and supported by a fixed bracket over bottom section against the existing beam or fence that on. Labour: Delivery of materials to site, Installation of the fencing and gates. Preparation of the site and clearing of the site after completion.
