We need the floors and walls (the ceiling is quite high) to be cleaned: the floors will need to be scrubbed, as they are beige and the walls need to be wiped off. They are in poor condition now but I want to improve them by increasing their size, including a bathroom, sink, giza, good ceiling and tiles. I have an old house that needs a face lift. It’s a 3 bedroom house. I need a quote on removing a wall between the kitchen and lounge to create an open plan space. I also need a quote on removing a wall between the toilet room and bathroom to create a one bathroom. We’d like to change the floors from carpet to vinyl throughout the house and update the popcorn walls to flat walls. Some of the walls have cracks in them and I’m not sure if they can just be plastered. It is the windows I require cleaning of. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen windows. 2 bed & 2 batrooms are upstairs and the rest of the windows are downstairs. The main bedroom and downstairs bedroom have small sliding doors, 1 x small sliding door in the lounge, a bigger one in the dining room leading to the patio and a glass door to the quart yard and a glass entrance door.
