My stand is approximately sqm, I would like to divide it into 2 and build flatlets on the one side. On the main house I would like to remodel it deck the house if possible, add a floor for an extra ensuite bedroom and kids bedroom. The main house is currently 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. 2 garages which are separate from the main house, but is situated between the main house and the backyard (which I would like to use, to have new flatlets build there.)

Hi. Looking for a quotation for modern warehouse design and documentation on a vacant site approximately sqm in extent. My requirements are sqm floor area and maybe offices on the top.
