Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

My stand is approximately sqm, I would like to divide it into 2 and build flatlets on the one side. On the main house I would like to remodel it deck the house if possible, add a floor for an extra ensuite bedroom and kids bedroom. The main house is currently 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. 2 garages which are separate from the main house, but is situated between the main house and the backyard (which I would like to use, to have new flatlets build there.)

Hi. Looking for a quotation for modern warehouse design and documentation on a vacant site approximately sqm in extent. My requirements are sqm floor area and maybe offices on the top. The building must be split into 3 separate units on the inside for 3 separate tenants. I prefer email communication.
