I have an exiting plan that has expired. The updates/addition for the plan, is to add a bedroom and bathroom, which will extend out into the backyard and add a spiral staircase, that leads to the second floor. The house, has two levels and would essentially close off the top section from the bottom section, hence the additional staircase, but space is quite limited, do figured spiral staircase would work best.
I need the kitchen design

In KZN, I had to have an architect place the house on the land - for orientation and stuff I think - before I could submit the docs to the municipality for building permission. Is that necessary here in Welkom, and if it is, is this a service you provide?
