We’d like to request a quote for the following activities: - Scoping and changing water usage at an office building; - This would include, installation of taps, which use less water; - Reduce bucket load of toilets/placing a brick in them or having spring mechanisms installed for no continued flushing by accident; - Water efficiency at the car washing area? They already use a hose. - We would like to implement changes that do not have to change peoples behaviors, rather work around those behaviors. i.e. reduce water coming out of taps for example, instead of trying to police people. - The office block has two levels and a small house area and a security house, this would then include o 2x women’s bathrooms, o 2x men’s bathrooms, o A bathroom for the apartment, o Bathroom for the security hut. We'd need the work to reduce water consumption by at least 20% and need a quote to approve funding requirements. Please let me know if there is any additional information I could supply. I have security gates at my home in Pretoria that are very secure. They are heavy steel gates with three levers - one at the top, the middle and the bottom of the gate. I recently installed a jojo tank where the builder placed the pipes underneath a concrete slab but the conrete ended up in the pipes thus blocking it. I would like to relay a small portion of the pipe which directly comes out of the jojo tank and also lift the pump by 30cm. We will have to use a angle grinder to get the pump out.

I would like a black metal frame gate with fibre cement panels that go vertically that are also black. Attached is an image for the gate. Note that you cannot see through the gate and that is how I would like it. The gate needs to be 3.5 meters wide and 2 metres tall. I would like the gate to come with all the security measures needed to make sure someone does not try break in.
We have a rumbling sound from what we think is air in water pipes in the ceiling that occurs regularly. This has been an ongoing problem for approximately two months. We have had four plumber call outs (two plumbers). Bathroom tap washers and toilet rubbers have been replaced. Pipes in the roof have been secured. Finally, a ' Hammer Arrestor to the Cold Tap' has been installed. All to no effect. There doesn’t seem to be a solution. The rumbling even sometimes occurs in the middle of the night. Our geyser is on the front wall of the garage. About two months ago we had the geyser moved to a side wall in the garage as we were advised that it was to close to the electricity board and an inverter we had installed. I am not sure whether this could be the problem.
My wooden garden gate has perished and has always been too heavy for its frame. It is in direct sunlight all day and exposed to rain so I need advice on material. I think the frame is still ok, but may need to be reinforced into the wall. The dims of the gate itself are 80cm x cm. Photos attached. I can use the existing lock but the slot would need to be cut out. I can use the existing handles. The colour is a dark brown according to estate colours. It does not need to be completely solid; it can be slotted. I can stain it providing I am given advice as to which primer and stain should be used, dependant on material of the gate. The finished item would need to be hung/lock fitted. I am not looking for a high-end product, but certainly one that would last.
This job is to replace an existing wooden gate that has perished. Pictures are attached. Measurements of the gate itself are 79.5cm x cm to the frame. The frame needs to be replaced too. I would need the existing handle and lock need to be transferred onto the new gate and the whole gate and frame installed. The gate need not be identical to the existing one.
One 6,4 meter gate. More or less One 2.7 meter. More or less. The two gates must meet. The long gate must be in front of the garage doors. Then other gate can be pushed open . We have a caravan that must be able to pass through the small gate. The attachment between the two gates must be able to go down when taking out the caravan.
We live in an older house. Our washing machine is working quite well, but we need someone to come out and check because our washing sometimes comes out with yellow-ish or orange stains. This also happens in the sink as well and because it is several spots in the house - I think it could be a problem with our pipes. They could be rusted.
