What kind of permissions do I need for my electric fence, and where to get them?
Electrical fences are dangerous, so you need to obtain permission before installing them. What are they? Where do you get them?
We require the current palisade fence to be cut to allow a gate to be inserted - new support posts cemented in and the gate needs to be manufactured to the size of the opening (Approx. mm) electric fence must be re-fitted following the profile of the gate. Heavy duty hinges and sliding latch to be used with a tamper proof piece of metal welded on the outside covering the latch area
I want to do full renovations on the kitchen and the bedrooms. We also need someone to get onto the primary roof of our double story home to inspect the exterior of the corrugated roofing and gutters to seal any problem areas (not the whole roof just a specific area connecting with our kitchen). Long ladders will be required as the primary roof is quite high (see example attached). There is a small connecting kitchen roof where someone can get easier access to the rest of the roof. I do have specifics I can share to make the job go more efficiently. Just give me a reasonable quote for the inspection.
Boundary wall busy collapsing. Need to be broken down and rebuild and a build in braai. My wall in the back corner of my home between my neighbours home and mine is busy falling apart. There is a banana bush in the corner of my plot that is now pushing onto the wall and causing the wall to fall apart. About sqm of painting. The project will be government funded and from experience it takes about 7 days for invoices to be paid
The house was built a few years ago, the roof is currently a metal sheeting but I’d like to replace it now since there’s a lot of leaks or if possible patch up those leaks because I also want to put in a sealing board asap…I’d like to replace it with either tiles or the metal sheeting again, or just fix up the current metal sheeting depending on what’s cheaper
Approximately sqm to be painted. Top view is sqm but with the pitch 35 degrees and which makes the paintable area approximately sqm. Also need the gutters, facias and downpipes to be painted. The house is double volume. The roof needs to be cleaned, etched, and painted with 2 coats by means of airless spray.

I need a small single wall built and two bare walls plastered. I need two doors installed. I need the remaining walls cleaned up and skimmed. And then a little bit of patching and fix-up. Once the walls are ready we can discuss future work like painting, tiling, waterproofing and installing a shower, etc.
