I have a plot in the Overberg in Botrivier. I have sold my business and would like to move there in the early part of next year. I would like to build a 1.5 bedroomed home. I need plans drawn up and the assistance to take this for Municipal approval. I am vascillating between utilizing Nutec or brick and I am not sure which route to go with?
