Existing W 24V pure sine inverter. 2 x W panels. 4x 12 V lead acid batteries. 24v 60A alternator on 10hp diesel motor supplies about W. I need 2 more W panels. Also 2x 3.5kW lithium 24V batteries. Existing 2 panels to be relocated for max perfomance. Sub DB from inverter handles 5 kW per day. I am hoping to sell the propert soon , therefore would not go to big. I am looking for a quote for sliding windows. Width 4. Height 1.3 It's a 4 meter open space on the patio from a braai area to a wall. My suggestion is it can be one meter on either side of solid glass then the open space in the middle can have the sliding windows. We have an ocean view and do not want anything that takes away from that.
• the storeroom light works but only at night as its linked to all the other communal lights in the building that only switch on at night ( all linked to a timer which is linked to the main DB , next to the storeroom). So, the storeroom light stays on all night which is a waste. As do all the garage lights as well. • We need to separate the Storeroom light switch from the timer so it can be a standalone switch. • the communal area is the one that needs to go on a daylight switch
We live in a VERY old house - almost years old. Our wooden floorboards have been almost completely destroyed by time, neglect, and wood borer. Previously, my mother was staying in the house and was advised that she'd need to sand the floorboards down to bare wood before exterminators could come and pour poison down but she only had a weekend to do it so all the remaining boards have been very poorly sanded with a hand-sander. We are asking for quotes to just do the kitchen for now as there is a big hole where the boards have snapped - but over time we hope to do the entire house when we can afford it.
Bathroom walls need to be cleaned from mould/damp and then repainted. I have the colour codes for the paint at the hardware shop so matching colours is ok. The door frame to the bathroom also needs to be cleaned from mould/damp and repainted too. Bathroom size is cm x cm, and wall coverage that needs to be fixed is only cm high.
