It is a community sized lawn that is frequently used for events, flower beds that reside on publicly used areas that are prone to litter. irrigation systems have already been installed and we would like to get a price indication of costs associated in maintaining the area.

I have a wooden garage door and it has a motor but currently it is removed and we are lifting the door by hand and it is very heavy and dangerous. The wheels along the side are also not in good condition. I was hoping for someone to come see it in person for free and we will gladly pay for it to get fixed.
The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. I have attached a picture of one of the other aluminium doors in the complex. It would be to fit and install a standard size front door. I am in need for someone to supply and install 2 external wooden doors. They must be experienced in this. one door opens outward and will need a strip down the length of the door that covers the opening to prevent the door from being forced open from the outside. Door frame size is cm x 81cm Other door opens inward to the loft room and is shorter than standard. frame size cm x 81cm Both doors have good hinges but need decent handles and secure outdoor locks. It is currently a roller door(old and worn), and the gap above the door does not allow for a folding door. So I need a replacement roller door, powder-coated white. Quote with and without a motor, as we already have a Digidoor motor for the current door.
