Double storey with 4 bedroom house
We are going to be moving out of our home shortly. There is some rust on the roof that will be repaired, the roof then needs a good coat of paint to seal it.
Wanting a Nutec house on stilts (the land is sloped) of +- square meters plus deck. 3 beds, 2 baths, open plan lounge and kitchen area and scullery. Paved driveway to parking under the house with stairs leading up the to the deck. Proposed plans are attached.

They stole geyser pipes even for cold water, I require my pipes to be replaced.
How much to unblock the drain and if possible to clean the drain to? Thank you in advance. franco.

This is on a gold estate, I require contractors to lay the foundation etc to begin the build of the new building.
