We want to change the house structure in the most cost effective way. We want to demolish two existing bedrooms and add two new ones and we need an architect to draw these changes onto new house plans. We also need some advice on what is possible and what is not.
This is a 6×4m dwelling where the extension is needed.
I need a cleaning person to come in on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. I usually have a schedule worked out for what needs to be cleaned on what day, see it as follows. Mon: top part of the house, Wed: bottom part of the house, Fri: top part again. It is a double story house, not completely sure about the dimensions/size. I will also be needing laundry and ironing, but not every time the person comes to clean, on a lesser basis when requested.
I am moving in and looking for the place to be spring cleaned.

Upstairs extension
I bought a property from sellers and essentially bought 4 walls and a roof because the building was gutted. When I bought it, there were some issues with the roof and I needed to fix that. The original plans for the building were drawn by a draughtsman and I am now being told that those plans are no longer sufficient and they need to be redone by an accredited architect.
I needs an H shaped farm style design. The house must have a big veranda and must have a left wing and right wing. There needs to be a kitchen, dining room, bedrooms in the left wing. The right wing needs to have my main bedroom which will be an en suite and it has to have a kitchenette as well. Open plan. The main idea is that I am able to have my own space at one side of the house if I wish to have privacy.
