How to choose the right architect for your house plans?
This four-step process should help you find the right architect for the job of drawing house plans.
I want to build a small 34 sqm flatlet consisting of 3 total rooms. I want to use the cheapest building option (vibrecrete / nutec / brick and mortar) and i would like to have the flatlet build all the way up onto the boundary wall. The boundary wall is vibrecrete. I would like to if possible use the existing vibrecrete boundary wall as the new flatlets exterior wall if possible thereby saving costs. I do not know the building regulations and what is possible but we have a very limited space available. Also not sure where the drainage pipe are located but that might be an issue as well. Not sure if the drainage pipes can be rerouted. I need guidance please

5 Spronk st. The house must be built in 2 stages 1. R1.5m to R2m Two bedrooms on top of double garage leading out on terrace which are filled with land. One bath room. Kitchen and lounge adjacent to double garage. Framework or outer shell of stage 2 could be done. 2. R1m to R1.5m Complete main bedroom mes on top of kitchen and lounge. Towards front built 4th room and toilet, with dining room on top. Attached picture of house show the concept from the street entrance. The terrace will be much smaller. No 4rd storey. The other picture is a view south/south east towards the ocean taken from the back of the erf.

I understand the tools required for a dropshipping store and would like to be consulted on these marketing and dropshipping tools. The store must be linked to Amazon, Walmart, and Alibaba. Planning, basic wireframe, content and basic design brief to be done by client (developer can advise best pratices). Solid corp ID already in place. Developer to advise on technical level i.e. user journeys and seo. Must be on a platform like wordpress where client has full ability to do own updating once the site is designed and launched. I need an architect for building a church building. We are planning on buying a property and need the architect to assist with the feasibility report for the property. They will need to work hand in hand with other engineers etc that we have also appointed in order to assess this property before purchase. Once that has been resolved, we will then need the architect to assist with the design and submitting of the plans to council. We basically need someone to fully project manage this project as well.
