We have a very old 3 bedroom house that has not been lived in for 40 years. It's a square meter house. The house's electricity runs off a super old diesel generator. We need advice on what needs to be done to obtain a COC. It is a farm / rural/ setting. We then need a COC to be issued when compliant as well, We were also advised to rather remove unnecessary items like pumps for water fountains, "pretty stoep lights" and self installed leads etc. The are three Eskom low amp boxes on the property that feeds each building
2 toilets are running. I have to turn the water off to stop it running. 1 toilet is dripping at the pipe heading into the loo. The top element in the oven isn't working.
