Hi There I would like to inquire more information regarding the steps and cost involved in an antenuptial contract. I am in the process of being declared insolvent and I don't want it to affect my fiancé's finances. We want to get married at home affairs, but they only do "in community of property" unless there is an antenuptial agreement and a notary and everything that that entails, will you be able to assist in this matter pls Kind Regards
I have 2 bedrooms with alu/glass windows and a large triple alu patio door with side windows Sizes: Patio Door and Side Windows: 4.2m (wide) by 2.4m (height) Bedroom Windows: 1.9m (wide) by 2.0m (height) See attached photos. Is it possible to retro-fit double glazing to this setup? For example by adding an extra section to each frame with the extra glass?
Hi, our inverter is currently connected directly to the building electricity supply. The problem is that whenever the inverter has issues, we lose electricity completely. We would like someone to bypass the inverter when it has faults so that we can still have electricity from the building supply. Please let us know if this is possible and how much it would cost. Thank you
I hope you are well. We would like to request a quotation for the supply and installation of two air conditioners, including the installation of two protective cages for the units. Kindly provide a detailed quotation covering the full scope of the installation, as well as the cost of the cages. Please let us know if you require any further information on our side to proceed.

Hi, I hope you are doing well. I would like to enquire about putting up a sink roof at our home. The area is approximately 65 square metres. We currently have a carport on one side, and we would like to extend it into an L-shaped sink roof that connects to an open cement area, which we would also like to cover. We are planning to build a wall between the carport section and the extended area. At the end of the L-shape, we would like to renovate the space underneath the roof into a braai and entertainment area. I can provide you with the measurements, but if you could please send me your number, we can communicate further on WhatsApp. I would then be able to send you photos and some ideas of what we are looking for. I got your contact details through people we work with at Hoerskool Noordheuwel and they mentioned that I am more than welcome to contact you. They also mentioned Jan, who helped them with their construction project. Thank you very much
1. *Prep Work - 60% of the job* This is where a good paint job is made or ruined. - *Clearing & protecting*: Move furniture, cover floors, tape up windows, door frames, skirting boards, light switches. - *Surface repair*: Fill holes and cracks with filler, sand rough spots, scrape off old flaking paint. - *Cleaning*: Wash walls to remove dust, grease, and grime. Paint won’t stick to a dirty surface. - *Priming*: Apply primer if you’re painting bare plaster, going from dark to light colors, or dealing with stains. It helps paint adhere and look even. 2. *Actual Painting* - *Cutting in*: Use a brush to paint edges and corners first - around ceilings, skirting, door frames. This gives clean lines. - *Rolling*: Use a roller for the main wall areas. Usually takes 2 coats for even coverage and color depth. - *Drying time*: Wait 2-4 hours between coats depending on paint type and weather. Rushing this causes peeling. 3. *Finishing Up* - *Touch-ups*: Check for missed spots, drips, roller marks once dry. - *Cleanup*: Remove tape before paint fully cures to avoid peeling, clean brushes/rollers, put furniture back. - *Final check*: Look at the job in daylight to catch anything you missed. Types of painting jobs: - *Residential interior*: Bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens. Usually water-based emulsion paint, low odor. - *Exterior*: Walls, fences, facades. Uses weather-resistant paint, often needs scaffolding/ladders. - *Specialist*: Spray painting, decorative finishes, woodwork/varnishing, roof painting. What affects price/time: - *Size of area* in m² - *Condition of walls* - more repairs = more time - *Number of coats* needed - *Height/access* - high ceilings cost more - *Paint quality* - cheaper paint needs more coats
