How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
My Visa Center Needs to be remodelled. but we still want to keep operations running whilst all the renovations are happening. We are closed on weekends and i dont mind opening up the center for renovations to carry on without any operations running. i am also willing for this to happen after hours. Want to build a double garage next to existing house (attached)with a flat parrapit roof withIBR sheeting.At back of garage a 3x6 kitchen which will lead from existing house lounge. Garage 6x6 and kitchen 3x6 so total area 54 square meters. I have more than enough plot area so not going over building boundaries etc.
It's a extension on the house of 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with a small lounging area and a master room with a walk in closet bathroom study and sitting area in the master room.Don't know

I just bought a big old house, I need the interior design to redesign the whole house. There is a wall between the kitchen and the dining room and between the living room.
