We had garage extended to add a room. Parapet wall with IBR galv, flashing. Slight L shape area. Previous waterproofer did not manage to keep out the water over winter. Would need to look at Roof on top, parapet walls. Will need to assess inside room also.
The roof is very old and leaking. We would like overall maintenance done, leak repair (replacing sheets if needed) and painting.
New roof installed that needs roof inspection who gonna give me a roof certificate. This is urgent, I need an inspection certificate by Wednesday.
I'm needing an urgent quote to repair my roof from the heavy rains we've just had. I am leaving for the UK on the 29 Nov and would appreciate it if it could be repaired before I leave.
