Based on the quantity of each food type, I wish for each member out of 80; to be able to have a taste of a flavour and type of food i.e, carbohydrate & protein. We are having a teambuilding. We do not want to do the work as we need to socialize. We are having our fun at Crystal Sun in Akasia, Pretoria. So we would like to have a spitbraai done for our lunch. Plates, side plates and cutlery
I am messaging on behalf of my friend who is having a celebration at a farm in Wilderness on Saturday 18th April , for around 40-50 people. She will most likely be interested in some light finger food and grazing options for lunch time and some more substantial food for dinner (or maybe even the other way round!). Self service and very relaxed and casual. NO SPIT BRAAI. Would be interested in finding out more about bar services as well, and including cutlery/crockery in quotes, but food is the most important for now!
