Really disappointed — the service did not meet my expectations. They were unreliable and overall lacked the skills I needed for an individual tax return. Won't be using them again.

The essence of your discomfort came from us being unable to obtain satisfying answers from SARS within your required time frames. Further, the professionality referred to includes you and your husband contacting us after hours and at night, calls that were returned withing office hours the next morning.
