Good day, we are looking to build a tiny home of not more than 70m2 - 90m2 in the Rosendal, Free State area. The home should consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower in the bath) an open plan living and kitchen area as well as a stoep, all on one level. The erf is not sloped and flat, but the area consist of clay and I would suggest a floating foundation. The shape of the roof is not so important, so sloped or flat.

Good day I am looking for a contractor to paint the boundary walls of a residential complex. This work will include: - Re-plastering of all Problem areas that require it. - Problem areas may require Damp proofing and an extra coat of paint. - Treat and paint all metal fixtures around the two guardhouses. I have a stoep ceiling that needs replacing that was damaged with the strong wind, we also have the roof leaving that looks like a board is loose and this has caused water damaged on the vinal flooring that also needs to be repaired, Insurance has approved these repairs but need someone that can do it all.
