The basic requirements of each slab are: Outdoor Access to spot is slightly intricate for a truck but still achievable Each slab needs to support around 2.7-3 tonnes The area of each slab is probably around 5 m^2
I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. My circuit breaker broke and I initially bypassed it with someone's assistance the bought a new circuit breaker and asked a friend to install it for me. My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide. I would ideally like wood with a waterproof sealant/paint. Please quote
