• Describe the problem you are experiencing (in more detail): There seem to be a fresh water leak rising to the surface from underneath the foundation of the building on the outside. The water flows straight underneath the concrete walkway to where it rises next to one of the outside taps. The leak don't appear to be from the premises itself, as there is no indication of water usage on the water meter.
