The existing IBR flat roof is leaking. It is an extension to an old Claremont house and the flat roof covers the kitchen area. It has a ceiling which will need some touch up and repainting. I am wanting to replace the roof with either Galvinised IBR 0.5mm or Chromadek IBR 0.5mm. I estimate we will need 13 IBR sheet (about 9 m wide) of 4,5m lengths.

It's a small bathroom in a 1 1/2 bed flat, it needs a makeover. The washbasin is next to the shower, the toilet by the door, I want the toilet next to the shower and the washbasin by the door. Then I think the shower, toilet and washbasin need an upgrade and the bathroom to look like a fairly good hotel one.

We built our own house about 5 years ago but never finished the entrance/upstairs living area in terms of design and finishes. It has basically remained an open unfinished space since we moved in. We are now at the point whereby we would like to make use of the area but due to shape/size we are at a bit of a loss at how best to utilize the space. Hence the reason I am contacting you. Good day. We are planning to move into a house, but the thatched roof is leaking. I can see the black underlayer, as it is sticking out. It seems as if there is no underlayer, or if the wiring got loose. The area, according to me, which need to be fixed is about 2x2 meters. Kindly send me a quote on a worst case scenario. Thank you!
