I showed him exactly what I want yet his initial quote was for 80% of the job and kept asking for money for materials that ended up being short. I found this to be a bit inconveniencing and ended up paying more then I had budgeted.

Hi, I have at least 5 t0 10 roof tiles which are cracked and some leaking through (holes). I would first like to get a quotation after doing site scoping. The actual work of replacing deffective roof tiles should take a day or two. Regards, Mr. F.
