We turned to Procompare with a need to renovate three condo bathrooms. We had just bought the property so we were really at a loss where to start. The team at Procompare helped us find a contractor that provided two in one service, design suggestions and excellent workmanship on the bathrooms renovation project. We are thrilled with the outcome. Thank you for everything Procompare. Will definitely turn to them for any future projects.
Thanks so much for all of your help and for making the whole project so easy for us. I didn' t feel any stress about getting the bathroom done. Thanks Funeka for all the extra help communicating with your providers – you certainly made my life much easier and it was never too much trouble for you. Thrilled with the bathroom – thanks again and all the best.
Being through several renovation projects (kitchen, bedrooms, deck and family room) using recommended contractors from family and friends through the years, the results and experiences were not always pleasant! So we were delaying the need to renovate our bathrooms for quite some time. This time over we decided to try something new, and turned to Procompare and came into contact with Edward and his team. We were impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and communication skills. We hired Edward having complete confidence in his abilities of himself and his crew. We were not let down by him and his team!
The construction contract should include at least: the name of the contractor and contact information, the name of the homeowner and contact information, description of property in legal terms, the cost, description of the work, the completion date and the right to stop the project.
Before doing a house renovation make sure your plans are in line with local council planning laws. You will require plans for: retaining walls of a certain height, all structural alterations to the existing property that alter the original floor plan, swimming pool and any safety fence or wall required, building a pergola or outdoor structure separate from the existing property.
Both kitchen and bathroom renovations are known to be top renovations that add value to your home. If you are planning to sell, renovating your bathroom and/or kitchen is the best way to increase value.
