Approachable and professional
The contactor had organised an electrician to have the entire property rewired. For some reason all plugs on the nothern side of the house continue to trip, the contractor was notified including the electrician. Contractor committed on various occasions to either bring the original electrician or find a new one, that was over a month ago

He was so deligent, took his time also to confirm/ check where the problem is with the existing motor before installing the new one, rectified the problem created by the previous supplier employee, he was so professional.Also their pricing was so fair compared to the quote that I got from roll to secure.

NHBRC is the National Home Builder's Registration Council. Its function are to keep a register of home builders, oversee the construction of residential homes to see to it that proper building standards are adhered to and to provide a warranty service for major structural defects. Any new build in SA requires you to have NHBRC registration.
The construction contract should include at least: the name of the contractor and contact information, the name of the homeowner and contact information, description of property in legal terms, the cost, description of the work, the completion date and the right to stop the project.
