We will want to build a single property - duplex - One will be the main home and the other for rental. The plot is slightly elevated we would like to go double storey. Land size is sqm - in the village of St Francis - we will be space conscious - ( we have a small apartment in the Netherlands ) so we don’t need expansive or expensive - just good quality.
