My child ia a problem maker. She is lying alot to everyone around het. If been talking over a year with her on the phone. Hello.. I need help. My child was knocked by a car. And the driver was drunk. They even took her from the scene to the clinic without informing the police first. I went to the police station to check if the case was opened. No one there is willing to tell me anything. They even refused to do a breathalyzer test. On him. They took him from the clinic straight to his home. I am still at the station. They are even refusing me to talk to the station commander. What steps should I take. The child is at klerksdorp hospital now. The driver was also under influence of alcohol.

We have Certified compliance order against Maquassi hills Municipality, and Department of employment and labour officials no longer want to implement it.employer must register us from ,he stopped us going to work on 31 July so we haven't been payed since and no letter of dismissal, no contract ended but he employed people permanently on our post.we suspect Corruption by Department of employment and labour officials not going to Labour Court.we don't have money so if willing to get it after winning case

My husband currently pays maintenance to his ex-wife for their two children. The maintanence comprises of 3 parts,namely a cash portion to the ex-wife, 50% of school and educational expenses and medical aid. The mother of tglhe children firmly believe that due to the children staying with her,she can place them in any school of her choice and the father just have to pay if he can afford it or not. She also insists that the children must be on a medical aid,however she does not use it all and takes the children to Steve Biko Hospital for treatments
