I paid SA Engines in strad to rebuild my Navarra dubbel cab bakkie. Bakkie haa been worked on for more than a year. Rebuild the engine 3 times ,and now the owner don't won't to work on it anymore. Good day all. I have a question for the legal minds out there. So here is my story. Please note: I have and still am the black sheep of the family. Me and my husband have been married (in community of property)for 16 years. My husband inherited the property we currently live in after his dad passed away in , alongside his brother who just wanted to sell the property. In the beginning of my mom and dad wanted to moved to JHB but the property that they wanted to buy was not avl anymore so they looked around and found a very small place. After a lot of hints and bribes from my mom with chocolate and nice words we decided to offer them one of the flats, full knowing we are goimg to one day turn around and curse the day we agreed to help them. We told them that they are more then welcome to buy usufruct rights on one of the flats on our property if they want for the same amount that they wanted to spent on the small place, that way I can be around when my mom needs me and we can buy our his brother at the same time. We had our lawyer get the usufruct documents done and signed sent to the High Court and registered. First few months was okay because my dad was there to keep the peace. My dad passed away that same year and all hell broke loose. I had to apent every waking moment of my day with her, I lived in a property with my husband but hardly ever saw him or my son. My mom got upset every time I was not around, calling and texting me telling me that we are ungrateful and we would not have anything if it was not for her. Threatening to cut the Wi-Fi and telling me how rude my son is and how useless my husband is and how I have a bad attitude the list continues from here to Cairo. I started a new small business and that was the beginning of my drama with my mom. She did not like it that we did not depend on her financially. I spent a lot off hours at work that made things worse. She called my partner and complained about me and my husband switching of her water and electricity and that my husband and son has threatened her with life and her son. She came with police to have us removed from our legally registered home, after seeing the deed to our house they left. She moved out end of December on her own free will. Now here we go the big one. She wants to go to High court and get the judge to transfer the property to her seeing she paid for the property by investing in businesses that have nothing to do with us, because she wanted my husband's future to be secured. We told her no dont do it, but no she invested in people that screwed her over. She has been trying everything to get our home. So my question. Is it even possible for the court to transfer the property to her? What is there to do to get her to stop trying to take our home? Thanks in advance.
