I was recently hired at a security company as a control room operator for the night shift and after having worked 8 x 14Hours night shifts in a row on my own and after only having 1 day of training before the boss had me working alone, there was never any mention of any problems relating to my work performance but then in the 3 days that i was after my 8 night shifts in a row, they hired some one else in to take my place and then the day before i was to start my next shift again i was contacted by the office and told that the boss said that i must not come into work the weekend ,as originally planned but that the boss would like to see on the following monday to talk to me about something. When i got to the office i was degraded and accused of doing drugs at the office based on a dirty earbud that someone had scratched out of the the tiny little bin next to the toilet in the single bathroom stall that is shared by everyone one that works at this company. I was made to not only take a drug test infront of all of my other colleagues but then when i tested Positive for morphine which i have a script from the doctor for using, the boss further degrading and demeaning me infront of the entire office staff saying how she knew that i was drug abuser and how can i even still be at the office, i should be ashamed and then even tho i had my doctor send her an email directly with all information pertaining to my medications she contacted her labour lawyer and then first called me to to have me sign a new one month only Contract and ripping up the original 3 month contract that i was given les than 2 weeks prior and then after basically all ready terminating my services at the end off this now based on this completely horrid and unfounded attack on me and my character she also had took photos of the drug test that she made me take this morning with positive result for morphine use and printed it out in full a colour and to fit the entire A4 page to be attached to my final written warning about doing doing drugs or being on drugs while at work and then had the all of my colleagues sign this warning and full coulour print outs of the drug test as witnesses ... Please help
Good morning I am in Maintenance court with my ex husband. From up until now we were in High court, Children’s court and I got custody of the children. My ex just keep on fighting me in court that I am Financially broken. We are back in Cullinan Magistrate Court 26 March and I had to end my Lawyer Theron INC representing me as I could not afford them any more. I attended the last court appearance on 31 January on my own and it was terrifying. Could you please assist. I need an attorney to be in the high court on the 11th of this month I was illegaly evicted and we hot a high court order to stay the eviction there is an advocate but my lawyer decided to withdraw on 99 and my property was badly damaged by the sheriff's office people and numerous of my belongings is missing aswell I am still buzy looking through the remainder of my things.
I am charged with the following: 1. Assault common 2. Malicious Injury to Property I did not commit these charges, a complainant is trying to implicate me. I only grabbed a bag because a rider was refusing to pay a trip fare after I had transported her in an Uber platform. The grabbing of a hand bag was done to get the attention of the client. In the process of grabbing a bag, she pulled it forcefully from my hands but since the grip was too tight the hand bag got damaged. As for the assault and malicious Injury; no I did not commit these incidents. My criminal case was held on 28 February at Pietermaritzburg Magistrate Court. I am due to appear for a second time on 26 March at the same Court, and I was instructed to bring a defence Attorney/ Lawyer on 26 March . Kindly Assist
I applied for an interim protection order on 27/12/24. I reached out to a social worker to initiate supervised visitation for my youngest son with the respondent. She advised me on a lawyer to use. I went to court today for the return date. The lawyer told me that he doesn't need to be present and I got bombarded with questions about visitation from his lawyer, playing it off as though I have been using the protection order to prohibit him seeing his son. The protection order concluded violent behaviour and intimidation, with mention of financial abuse - drinking and driving then taking it out on me as to be at fault for not allowing it, breaking my window at home because I refused him entry after making it clear I wanted him to leave to avoid fighting (both my children were present here), and following me to a pet sitting client home on Christmas day and then climbing over their wall and their security company being called out by neighbours (only my youngest was present here), he previously sent me a number of legal letters making false claims against me even saying I was withholding his child and parental alienating his child from him to which I had to respond every time. I had to call police to remove him on all three occasions because he just refused to leave. I informed the lawyer and he hasn't called me back yet. I'm not sure what to do. I wasn't aware that I was supposed to ask the children's court to make supervised visitation court ordered supervised. I would appreciate if someone could call me to advise me on what to do and how to handle this matter, and help me with representation in court next week Monday. I really do fear for my safety and that of both my children.

We were on the verge of obtaining a default judgment when the "fraudster" pleaded for an opportunity to negotiate a new payment plan. As part of this arrangement, they committed to selling their house, and a new Acknowledgment of Debt (AOD) was signed, explicitly including this promise. However, they later frustrated the process by obstructing their own chosen estate agent. Given this, their request for a court-sanctioned sale of the property is no longer a viable option. Outcome Sought: We request that the court proceed with selling the property on their behalf. Payment: 1) 15-20% Profit share + very marginal or small admin fee by lawyer 2) Normal Payment
My father married a woman while sick in icu , she’s been saying that …. No one in a family member was a witness….. my dad passed on and the woman have been living in my father house with her kids , chased out some of my father's children. Now it been years she’s been trying to sell the house without anyone in a family member agreement. She’s saying she’s got 65% shareholder rights and 6 of us , have less percentages. Hi- I'm busy with a legal issue since - outstanding amount of , for commission owing. Just require a 2nd opinion. We have been awarded 2 pre trial cases with costs for advocate fees. Case cannot continue till I pay advocate 30 upfront for next case.- or for my lawyers to set up a court date. I am the plaintiff- my ex principle has continuosly been using delaying tactics. I hope you are well as you receive this email. I'm in a process of getting reimbursement from LPFF after filing a claim as recommended by LPC after the findings of their investigation. Now my problem is that, the lawyer Mr Phillip Masiza who has been interdicted by LPC from practicing after seizing all the files except mine is nowhere to be found and LPFF needs copy of it or proof of sequestration if there's one to release the funds. I would like to request you to check if there's a sequestration order issued for him by the courts of law because that's my only option and hope since he can't be located or advise what I can do legally to force him to submit my file to both LPC and LPFF.
