I received a WhatsApp from Talent within 15 minutes of inquiring and he answered all of my questions. The following morning I messaged him at 8 to find out when he could come around to assess my problem and he was here at 10:20 as arranged. He spent an hour trying to find the leak, he was incredibly thorough. I received his quotation the following morning, I gave him the go ahead and his team were here the following day, Sunday. They worked until 7:30 that evening so that I'd have water through the night and were back on Monday (a public holiday) to finish up. Service like this is unheard of nowadays.
