I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by company, -180 Base Project Team represented by THEUNIS STEYN. Over a month ago, I made a 50% advance payment for the construction of a carport, but despite multiple assurances, the work has yet to begin. Theunis has postponed the project six times, citing various excuses, such as poor rainy weather and. personal health issues. Despite agreeing that the work would be completed urgently, it has now been delayed once again, even after committing to a final deadline of this Monday 21 10 2024 , which has also been missed.In addition, I had to purchase aluminium beams at my own expense, expecting that the project would progress, but it remains incomplete.I am now seriously concerned about the professionalism and reliability of company 180 BASE PROJECT, and I no longer have confidence that the work will be finished or meet the required standards.I demand a full refund of the 50% payment I made, as well as reimbursement for the materials I had to purchase. If I do not receive a response and resolution by tomorrow 22.10 2024, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my losses.I regret having to take this step, but your company's failure to fulfil its contractual obligations leaves me with no alternative.
