Good day, I am in the process of purchasing a house (which is still a construction site) and need a quote to finish the roofing system, beam filling, skylights and waterproofing. The house has a butterfly roof design with a boxed gutter running through it. The roof covering most of the house is on, but the part that is on requires beam filling. I also require new roofs over the servants quarters, playroom, entrance hall and lounge area . The building also has concrete slabs and a boxed gutter system which requires waterproofing.
