I need a 2 sleeper cottage built with open plan kitchen and lounge with bathroom with shower no bath. - 5m x 7.2m and then another 1 sleeper cottage open plan bedroom and lounge with kitchen and bathroom no bath but shower. Must have built in cupboard internal sliding doors and aluminium windows-6m x 6m.

14 meters by 4 meters (56 square meters) in size. It is going to be a vibracrete house on a back yard property. The 14 meter front wall will have 5 windows & 14 meter back wall will have two fixed windows with the main door. Both 14 meter walls will be 1 meter away from neighbors boundary walls. So "No Objection Forms " will be necessary, but not a problem because of good neighbors. I want to do it within Building Code Planning Regulations.
I would like to build residential units of bachelor flats, one bedroom and two bedrooms in Bethanie for the miners and low-to-medium earning workers around there. Total units should be 16 on the property purchased. Units must include basic facility needs such as a toilet/bathroom in each. The least amount of space should be used to construct each unit, with parking and a lapa/play area facility on the premises.

Good day, I am working on a building project and wanted to find out how many 1-bedroom units can be built on land approximately 1 .58 square meters big. This includes parking and enough space to avoid clutter. The building can also be 2 stories high. Also, roughly how much would the entire project cost? We have a carport but want to change the frames because it's rusting. Need to install and build a built in braai which will form part of the entertainment area. We also want to add to that and make another room. The carports had plans years back but not sure if it is approved (but it is installed). Plans could be at Athlone Department. Everything else needs plans. Currently have a braai but needs to be broken down. Artificial grass to also be installed by the entertainment area.
