Kitchen The kitchen is approximately 12 to 15 square meters and requires a full renovation. The design should be simple, sleek, and clean. All existing units will need to be removed. Plumbing can remain in its current position. Bathroom The bathroom is small and needs a new bathtub with an overhead shower, as well as a new basin. There is a possibility of removing the additional toilet to increase the overall space of the bathroom. Bedrooms There are three bedrooms, each approximately 10 to 12 square meters. Random built-in cupboards should be removed, and new carpets installed in all three rooms. Existing cupboards that will remain need to be repaired or fixed as necessary. Unit repainted lighter.
House has been standing empty. Workers have fixed certain parts. It's mostly dusty. Need the place swept, bathrooms cleaned (dust on all surfaces), would be good if carpets in four bedrooms can be deep cleaned (if not vacuum at least); window sills and surfaces wiped down (dust), kitchen surfaces and sinks cleaned. I have been divorced for almost 6years and for the past year or so the other parent has not been adhering to the parenting plan. He lives with his parents and it appears that there is an issue wjth his dad and the kids coming there. I do not know all the details but the kids are 15 and 10 and when they need to go to their dad it is a struggle and sometimes they do not go. I would like to either 1. I want to design and implement a garden at our current offices. The area in total is about square metres. Does not have to be fancy, just simple variaty of green filling plants with succulants. When looking at he plants in the area they all need to be water resistant plants. Can also include some rocks and colorful succulants to add to the dimension.
We have an extermination of cockroaches in and everything was fine until this year we noticed that at night cockroaches (baby and medium sizes in the kitchen and bathroom) We not taking about bog one ok We just concerned of what products you use as need to be child friendly and not harmful for a pregnancy.
