The intention is to go up 2 levels on an existing house (Zoning GR 2), creating additional 3x 3 bedroomed self catering apartments , also register sectional title (For possibly selling 3 apartments after 5 years). Maximum utilisation of views required, roof overhangs to serve as veranda/decking/flooring protection, solar electricity solution to provide 10-15kva/hr, possibly grid connected or alternatively, island solution..
