Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
Need to extreme make over existing house - without construction 3 bathrooms , 3 Bedrooms(but I am mainly wanting to focus on the main bedroom ) , pool area , dinning room and the kitchen.

Dear Sir/Ma’am We are looking for a company that is in a position to help us design a building for our school. We have a reasonable area to work with. The idea is to build a structure that is approximately 60m x 60m with an indoor netball, basketball, court etc. in the middle and the classrooms and other facilities around it with two floors. We would also like to have a dining hall that can accommodate - children and staff with full kitchen and separate toilets. The front of the building must have a reasonably modern design to it.
