Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
I want to build a stand alone garage(4m wide and 9m long next to my house as i do not like carports). I also want to put a pargelo 3m x 3.5m in the front of the house just as a chilling area
