What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

To add TV room, extend a verandah , 2 bedrooms and a bathroom ( sharing) and ensuit for the main bedroom
The house was initially a double story. We built a portion in which we are staying. We want to convert it to a single story. The whole foundation is on the floor but needs to make some alterations too.
