I would like to extend it to double storey, leaving the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom- toilet downstairs, opening bedroom next to the Main bedroom to the main bedroom to make it 1. Open one bedroom to be the living room. Extending the kitchen to the bathroom. Adding double garage Add 2 bedrooms, bathroom, study and patio upstairs.

I want a building plan for extension of a 4 room house. I want to add two bedrooms, bathroom and a garage.
I want to build 4x 3 bedroom houses on my Plot. I want the 2houses double garage's to join next to each other like one wall in the middle. and then on other side of yard also same. It will be like a house 1 mirrored to house 2 right next to each other, and then house 3 and 4 axcact copy of 1 and 2. I want the plans to be approved by municipality all done by the architect.
