Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I would like to build a four bedroom house with an open plan kitchen/living/dining, study and a garage
I need an architecture who can design a double story house with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 down stairs, kitchen, sitting room, dining room, family room, study etc. The project is at eye of Africa Golf estate.

I would like to extend the front of the house by approx 2m to the front as well as the kitchen? which will be 1metre to the left and approximately two metres forward. Change the window to a sliding door on the side of the house and consider building a garage with a room on top of the garage
