Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I need a Prefab classroom. Must have a door and 4 windows in front and 4 at the back.
Some alterations have been made to the property over years. I believe the plans have not been updated. I am in the process of selling the property. Need assistance to ensure banks will be satisfied with all aspects when evaluating the property for a loan application and eventually transfer to new owner.
