We have plans of the house - 1. wish to convert a large tile roof carport into a pool room. 2. Wish to install a pool 3. Minor internal changes 4. External staircase to link main house to the pool area We need design and then plans to submit on about a 90sqmt extension / conversion of existing car-port. It will need plans submitted - as it’s fundamentally changing the use. It will also require placing of a pool that may be across a 7m building line at the front of the house.
