How to choose the right architect for your house plans?
This four-step process should help you find the right architect for the job of drawing house plans.
An old 4 roomed houe square meter yard, (Two backrooms and toilet already there), I need to add a drive thru garage one bedroom to make 3 bedrooms ,lounge,sitting room and an open plan kitchen. Unit 14 Chapmill Complex, 11 St. Quintons Rd, Oranjezicht, Cape Town | 1 Bed, 1 Bath Apartment, 60m2 including balcony: - upgrade shower > remove tiles, chase wall and install shower rose to replace existing hand held sprayer. We would like to extend or increase the room sizes of the current house. For example, increase the bathroom space to allow for a shower. Increase the lounge and kitchen space as well. We have approved as-built drawings and require new layouts for municipal approval. The date of the house renovations is not yet confirmed.

Complete house and shell only with electrical and plumbing. I do not have plans but I do have a sketch (see attached). Must be a registered NHBRC builder. Building to be a building loan plot and plan with a bank.

We only have preliminary designs done but we know exactly what we want. 2 x 9x6 Nutec houses joined with a 1m passage. Similar outlay for each: Bedr & bathroom on each side with a 3x6 kitchen-lounge in the middle. Patio/veranda 3x1,5m with wooden deck added to each house, Total: 4 x ensuite bedrooms, 2 livingrooms, 2 patios. Total plus minus sq m

I have 8 completed garages and want plans to convert 4 or 5 garages into home and other 3 or 4 stays garages. The plans i currently have shows it halved into 2 homes and plans are not approved by previous architect. I purchased it in this manner. I need to still activate electricity and water but only until plans are approved.
